This itinerary is ideal for travellers looking for moderate trekking in Nepal with comfortable accommodation that is a notch higher (attached bathroom with hot shower) than the basic trek lodges. Starting with a flight to Pokhara that also serves as its base, this program takes you along what we like to call the ‘Annapurna lowlands’. Each day would constitute an easy to mild walk of 3 to 4 hours’ from one ‘comfort’ lodge to another, taking you as far as the famous Gurung village of Ghandruk. These lodges are managed by Ker and Downey Nepal.

DAY 01 – 02

Arrive Kathmandu and stay back an additional day to fall in love with the cultural capital of Nepal.

Kathmandu, Nepal

  • Take on a time travel through the centuries-old temples and palaces
  • Still standing tall in the monumental squares of the cities: Kathmandu and Patan
  • The colossal Swayambhunath stupa whose age-old legends are associated with the origin of the Kathmandu valley.

DAY 01 – 02
